To ensure future success, PMA created the PMA Education Foundation, an independent 501(c) (3) corporation established in 2006. The Foundation's purpose is to sustain the future of the produce industry by:
- attracting bright, talented individuals to work in this multi-faceted industry
- preparing produce industry employees to be the industry's next leaders by providing them with life-long learning opportunities to advance their careers, grow their skill sets, and enhance their knowledge and abilities.
