PMAEF will unveil its new culinary internship program this coming year. This program is designed to offer a cooperative education experience that will allow our students to explore all aspects of the culinary arts profession and gain a working knowledge of the skills necessary to excel in this exciting career.
More details on the program will become available in late spring 2008.
